Kate Moon is a Community Developer for Halifax Regional Municipality with a background in community art and education. Since 2011 she has been leading Neighbourhood Placemaking, a program that teaches neighbourhood residents about how to lead placemaking projects. After her cross Canada trip interviewing community placemakers Kate loves any excuse to talk and teach about placemaking.
