This position is responsible to oversee the evaluation of applications for subdivision and development proposals by applying the provincial legislation such as the Planning Act Subdivision and Development Regulations, Roads Act Highway Access Regulations and the Water Act Sewage Disposal Regulations.  This position will supervise the work of Property Development Officers (PDOs) and manage service delivery in the satellite offices
