• Secondary, neighbourhood or development schemes official documents to detail the intents of plans;
• Implementation of planning instruments such as: zoning, building, subdivision, flood plain, controlled access, and other; and
• Site or facilities plans for builders, communities or commissions.
For planning organizations, we offer the possibility of using the building Sustainable Communities with Design (SCD) and ‘Smart Code’ approach. The approach allows our clients to apply sustainable and integrated planning principles into the operations and creation of projects, developments and functioning of organizations. Our main clients are

• Regional, municipal and local communities and organizations; and
• Organizations and interest groups that wish to integrate sustainability principles in their day-to-day operations and projects.
