Description: Join Dave Hardy, RPP and “extreme facilitator”, for a discussion of how best to conduct challenging public meetings. Dave recently published the book “Who are These People and Why are They Yelling at me? The Art and Science of Managing Large Angry Public Meetings”. All webinar participants will receive a hardcopy or electronic copy of the book as part of their registration fee (see details below).
Registration:
- $35 for those wishing to receive a hardcopy of the book *
- $20 for those wishing to receive a Google ebook version of the book **
* A hardcopy of the book alone is usually approximately $40 (plus taxes and shipping).
** Participants choosing this option must have a valid Google Account to access their ebook; however, they are not required to provide a Gmail email account when registering for the event. Google ebooks can be read on the iPhone, iPad, or any Android phone by installing the free Google Play Books reading app. They can also be read on any web browser that is Javascript enabled (no special software necessary) and on any eReader device that runs Adobe Content Server 4’s ePub DRM, including the Nook and Sony Portable Readers. Note that Google eBooks books are not compatible with Amazon Kindle devices. Additional information can be found here.

Description: Joignez-vous à cette conférence de monsieur Dave Hardy, UPC et “habile vulgarisateur” pour une discussion sur les bonnes manières à adopter lors de réunions publiques houleuses. Dave à récemment publié un livre intitulé: “Who are These People and Why are They Yelling at me? The Art and Science of Managing Large Angry Public Meetings”. De plus, tous les participants au webinaire recevront soit la version original du livre ou la version électronique (choix lors de l’inscription) en complément à la formation en-ligne. Les livres sont uniquement disponible en anglais. (voir les détails ci-dessous)
Inscription:
- $35 pour ceux choisissant le livre en format « bouquin » original , envoyé par la poste* (Un champ obligatoire pour l’adresse postale sera exigé lors de l’inscription)
- $20 pour ceux choisissant la version “Google ebook” **
*La version originale du livre seul (sans conférence) est normalement au prix de 40$ (plus taxes et transport).
**Les participants qui choisissent la version électronique doivent avoir un compte Google valide afin de visualiser leur ebook; toutefois, vous n’êtes pas obligé de fournir un compte Gmail lors de votre inscription à cet événement.
