On Wednesday, June 7, 2023, the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Professional Planners (NLAPP) is pleased to host Stephen Penney at a Planner’s Plate. A lawyer specializing in municipal law, Steve will be providing an overview of recent planning case law.
A partner with Stewart McKelvey Lawyers, Steve’s practice includes a focus on municipal law. He has been counsel in numerous precedent-setting municipal cases and has argued before the appeal boards in Newfoundland and Labrador.
