SHIFT: EQUITY is a FREE public conference dedicated to advancing conversations about (in)equity and accessibility in cities, towns, and rural places. 

It is concerned with the intersection of equity and public space.

March 6th and 7th, 2020 in Halifax.

Attend Shift: Equity on Day 1 at the Alderney Landing Theatre to hear Keynote Speakers Leslie Lowe, Journalist and Author of No Place to Go: How Public Toilets Fail our Private Needs, and Houssam Elokda,  Operations Manager & Masterplanning Lead at Happy City.

On Day 2, speaking at the Halifax North Memorial Library is Tet Rutland, Associate Professor of Geography, Planning and Environment at Concordia University, and David Wachsmuth, Assistant Professor at the School of Urban Planning, McGill University.
