  • You will be responsible for developing major projects, processing complex development approvals, and developing and updating key community plans. For example, you will lead Saint John’s next Neighbourhood Plan.

  • Salary: ($91,557 to $101,057)

What we need from you:

  • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and communications skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • A minimum of five years’ relevant experience.
  • A university degree in planning or a related discipline, preferably at a graduate level.
  • Membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners with Registered Professional Planner (RPP) designation.
